About the program

Your black belt journey starts now

Earning a black belt is one of the most rewarding challenges you can take on as an adult. At MAGT, it's completely within reach.

Taekwondo

Taekwondo is a full-body workout that challenges both the mind and body. Adults benefit from increased flexibility, strength, and stress relief, while developing self-defense skills and a strong sense of personal achievement. The mental discipline cultivated in Taekwondo translates into improved focus and confidence in daily life.

Krav maga

Krav Maga is ideal for adults looking for effective, real-world self-defense. It emphasizes situational awareness, rapid response, and efficient techniques to handle physical threats. Alongside physical benefits like strength and endurance, adults also experience increased confidence and reduced anxiety through a powerful, purpose-driven practice.

Kuntaw self-defense

Kuntaw offers adults a unique combination of cultural tradition and real-world self-defense. Its low-impact, fluid style is excellent for improving mobility, flexibility, and precision. Adults also gain sharper reflexes, better balance, and a deeper understanding of martial strategy —all while engaging in a meditative, movement-focused practice.

Women’s kickboxing & conditioning

Kickboxing is a fast-paced, high-energy workout that boosts cardiovascular health, burns calories, and builds lean muscle. Adults love it for stress relief, improved stamina, and the empowerment that comes with mastering powerful strikes. It’s both physically effective and mentally energizing —perfect for busy lives.

Martial arts sharpens the mind as much as the body. The focus and self-control you develop on the mat carry directly into work, relationships, and the everyday demands of a busy life.

Stress relief

There’s nothing like a high-energy class to clear your head. Adults leave sessions with less anxiety, more calm, and the mental reset that comes from a powerful, purpose-driven practice.

Personal achievement

Earning a black belt is one of the most rewarding challenges you can take on as an adult at MAGT, it’s completely within reach. Every belt marks real, earned progress you can be proud of.

Empowerment and confidence

Mastering powerful strikes and new techniques changes how you carry yourself. Adults gain a lasting sense of capability and self-assurance that shows up long after class ends.
