Tiny Tigers Program
Ages 3-5
If getting your little one to listen, follow directions, and burn off energy feels like a full-time job — you’re not alone. Our Tiny Tigers program is designed to channel that energy into focus, discipline, and growth through fun, engaging martial arts classes.
In a supportive environment tailored for young minds, students build essential skills like coordination, patience, respect, and self-control.
Each class blends movement with meaningful lessons that support healthy habits and positive behavior.

Juniors Program
Ages 6-11
Our Juniors program is designed for kids on the cusp of young adulthood —curious, energetic, and eager to grow. This stage is all about building the foundation for a lifelong martial arts journey, with training that bridges the gap between childhood and our Adult Program (ages 12+).
In every class, students learn to set goals, stay focused, and meet challenges with resilience. Through structured drills, skill-building exercises, and positive encouragement, they develop coordination, strength, and discipline —tools that serve them well far beyond the mat.
They’ll earn belts, gain confidence, and build lasting friendships —while learning how to channel their potential into progress. This isn’t just a kids' class —it’s the first step in becoming a lifelong martial artist.

As an adult, Finding time to focus on yourself in the middle of a busy life isn’t easy —but it’s essential. That’s what our Adult Martial Arts program is all about.
In this dynamic, high-energy environment, you’ll build strength, sharpen your focus, and boost your confidence —one belt at a time.

Kuntaw Self-Defense (Ages12+)
For Kids:
Taekwondo helps kids build confidence, respect, and self-discipline. Through structured belt progressions, they learn goal-setting, how to focus, and how to persevere. Classes are fun and active, improving coordination, balance, and physical fitness while encouraging social interaction and teamwork.
For Adults:
Taekwondo is a full-body workout that challenges both the mind and body. The mental discipline cultivated in Taekwondo translates into improved focus and confidence in daily life.
Taekwondo (All Ages)
For Kids:
Kuntaw introduces kids to the cultural roots of Filipino martial arts while teaching them practical self-defense through smooth, flowing movements. It improves coordination and timing, and helps children think quickly under pressure. The art's rhythm-based techniques also enhance body awareness and agility.
For Adults:
Kuntaw offers adults a unique combination of cultural tradition and real-world self-defense. Its low-impact, fluid style is excellent for improving mobility, flexibility, and precision. Women’s Kickboxing & Conditioning (All Ages)

For Adults:
