    • 5:00 - 5:45 pm – ALL Juniors
      (white-red belt ranks)

    • 5:45 - 6:45 pm – Teen & Adult

    • 7:30 - 8:30 pm – Kuntaw

    • 5:00 - 5:45 pm – Int./Adv. Jrs TKD (camo-red)

    • 5:45 - 6:45 pm – Jr. Blackbelt (10-14) 

    • 6:45 - 7:45 pm – Advanced Blackbelt (15+)

    • 5:00 - 5:30 pm – Tigers TKD (ages 3-5 yrs)

    • 5:30 - 6:15 pm – Basic Jrs TKD (white-yellow) 

    • 6:15 - 7:15 pm – Teen/Adult TKD (all ranks) 

    • 5:00 - 5:45 pm – Int./Adv. Jrs TKD (camo-red) 

    • 5:45 - 6:45 pm – Jr. Blackbelt (10-14)

    • 6:45 - 7:15 pm – Legacy Instructor 

    • 7:15 - 8:15 pm – Advanced Blackbelt (15+) 

    • 6:30 - 7:30 pm – Women’s Kickboxing/Conditioning

    • 7:30 - 8:30 pm – Kuntaw 

    • 8:30 - 9:30 am – Krav Maga 

    • 10:00 - 11:00 am – Family Class TKD (all ranks, all ages)

    • Private lessons upon request

  • Closed Sundays for rest & recovery!
