    Tiny Tigers Program

    Ages 3-5

    If getting your little one to listen, follow directions, and burn off energy feels like a full-time job — you’re not alone. Our Tiny Tigers program is designed to channel that energy into focus, discipline, and growth through fun, engaging martial arts classes.

    In a supportive environment tailored for young minds, students build essential skills like coordination, patience, respect, and self-control.

    Each class blends movement with meaningful lessons that support healthy habits and positive behavior.

    Juniors Program

    Ages 6-11

    Our Juniors program is designed for kids on the cusp of young adulthood —curious, energetic, and eager to grow. This stage is all about building the foundation for a lifelong martial arts journey, with training that bridges the gap between childhood and our Adult Program (ages 12+).

    In every class, students learn to set goals, stay focused, and meet challenges with resilience. Through structured drills, skill-building exercises, and positive encouragement, they develop coordination, strength, and discipline —tools that serve them well far beyond the mat.

    They’ll earn belts, gain confidence, and build lasting friendships —while learning how to channel their potential into progress. This isn’t just a kids' class —it’s the first step in becoming a lifelong martial artist.

Kuntaw Self-Defense (Ages12+)

For Kids:
Taekwondo helps kids build confidence, respect, and self-discipline. Through structured belt progressions, they learn goal-setting, how to focus, and how to persevere. Classes are fun and active, improving coordination, balance, and physical fitness while encouraging social interaction and teamwork.

For Adults:

For Kids:
Kuntaw introduces kids to the cultural roots of Filipino martial arts while teaching them practical self-defense through smooth, flowing movements. For Adults:
