Sara Lee discovered martial arts at the age of 9, walking into her first class as a quiet kid looking for confidence. What started as a way to get stronger quickly became a lifelong passion and a foundation that shaped who she is today.

With over 15 years of training and teaching experience, Sara believes martial arts is about much more than technique. In her classes, she focuses on building confidence, discipline, and mental resilience — skills that students carry with them far beyond the mat.

At the studio, Sara works with both children and adults, creating a supportive and motivating environment where beginners feel comfortable and advanced students continue to grow. Her teaching style combines traditional martial arts values with a modern, approachable coaching style that helps each student progress at their own pace.
